According to figures released on November 4 by the Statistical Service, Cyprus’ tourism revenue increased in August.
On the basis of the results of the Passenger Survey, revenue from tourism reached €358.5 million in August 2015 compared to €324.3 million in the corresponding month of the previous year, recording an increase of 10.5%, the Service announced.
For the period January – August 2015 revenue from tourism is estimated to €1,431.5 million compared to €1,424.2 million in the corresponding period of 2014, recording an increase of 0.5%.
