The local Government submitted a number of draft laws to Parliament earlier this year, with the aim of stimulating economic activity and attracting inward direct investment by implementing the new provisions of the EU Parent-Subsidiary Directive, simplifing the tax regime and making it more attractive, fair, and effective.
