SLK Shajrawi Leibovich Karekla Developments, in partnership with Aviation Links and Dex-Tek Group, has announced the launch of two landmark projects, Lumina Mare and Horizon Towers.
The announcement was made at an exclusive launch dinner held on Tuesday, 16 September at Rebuke Lounge, Mackenzie, Larnaca.
The event welcomed local business leaders, community representatives, government officials, and media. The Mayor of Larnaca, Andreas Vyras, attended and expressed his support, noting the projects’ importance for the city’s growth and development.
Lumina Mare will become an icon of coastal living — a sculpted tower rising 65 meters over 20 stories, located just steps from the sea and Larnaca’s new Marina. It will offer 54 sea-facing residences, curated retail at its base, and six levels of parking, blending refined architecture with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.
Lumina Mare's architect, Eraclis Papachristou, explained how he designed the building's facade to interact with sunlight, creating movement and vibrancy that reflect the seaside atmosphere of Larnaca, from which the name Lumina Mare comes.
Horizon Towers will redefine urban living through six towers ranging from 16 to 20 floors, only 400 meters from the beachfront. The development will feature 228 one-bedroom apartments, 260 two-bedroom apartments, 30 three-bedroom residences, and 12 penthouses, designed around wellbeing-focused spaces and community-centered amenities.
The architect of Horizon Towers, Michalis Neophytou, presented the design and features of the project, highlighting the uniqueness and innovation of this exceptional development.
